ecom-ST -
Measure autonomously.
Optimize processes.
Conserve resources.

The ecom-ST is designed for permanent installation and can be operated either in a lockable metal housing with glass front panel or as a slide-in solution in an existing 19″ rack.

Thanks to programmable measurement intervals between 10 and 65 minutes, the system operates fully automatically. Suboptimal operating ranges are detected early, enabling efficiency improvements and emission reductions.

Options

Sensors

The basic equipment consists of two electrochemical (EC) sensors for determining oxygen (O2) and carbon monoxide (CO) content, which can optionally be supplemented by up to 4 additional sensors according to user requirements as follows: CO %, CO2, NO, NO ExtraLow, NO2, NO2 Low, SO2, SO2 Low, H2, H2S, CH4, CxHy.

Enclosure

Alternatively with additional lockable protective enclosure with glass front door.

Why Devices
from ecom?

Climate chamber calibration
The measurement accuracy of gas sensors (CO, NO, SO2) is determined and adjusted at 5, 20, and 40°C in a climate chamber using standardized test gases. Overpressure and underpressure in the flue gas analyser are balanced in specially developed gas channels.
CO overload protection
The automatic CO shutdown with integrated fresh air purging reliably protects the CO sensor from overload, even without interrupting other measurement parameters. This ensures precise results and a significantly longer sensor lifespan.
Additional sensor options
The ecom-ST can be individually configured with up to 6 gas options and enables simultaneous measurement of different gases in a single device. The flexible sensor configuration ensures maximum adaptability for a wide range of measurement tasks and applications.
Large sample gas pump
The particularly powerful sample gas pump delivers up to 2.6 l/min, making it one of the strongest in its device class. Compared to conventional devices, this corresponds to up to five times higher flow rate, for fast, stable and precise measurement results.
Electronic condensate monitoring
Electronic condensate monitoring detects accumulating condensate early and reliably protects the device from moisture. If the condensate volume is too high, the measurement is automatically shut down for maximum operational safety and consistently precise measurement results.
Sample gas cooler
The integrated sample gas cooler continuously cools the sample gas to 5 °C and ensures controlled drying. This prevents water-soluble gases from being washed out and reliably protects sensitive sensors for precise and stable measurement results.
Automatic condensate drainage
Automatic condensate drainage ensures trouble-free operation by autonomously discharging accumulating condensate. This reduces maintenance effort, prevents measurement errors and ensures consistently precise results.
Easy operation
The intuitive menu navigation enables quick and reliable operation right from the first use. Clear structures, logically organized menus and a user-friendly interface ensure efficient work without lengthy training periods.
Wireless data transmission WiFi or BLE
Wireless data transfer enables fast and reliable transmission of measurement data without additional cabling. With the free ecomMANDER App, devices can be conveniently controlled remotely and measurement values displayed in real-time on a smartphone or tablet. This provides greater flexibility in use and efficient processing of results.

"If you don't have to measure, you won't do it!"

Correct. However, considerations regarding efficiency measurement play a crucial role given the current raw material scarcity and the associated sharp increase in natural gas prices. Furthermore, many companies are also on the path to actively avoiding CO2 in the production process and thus protecting the environment.

"How can I be sure that my burners are not burning too much precious natural gas?"

With the stationary ecom-ST, all companies that rely on process heat for manufacturing their products have a new trump card. Through the measurements and resulting data, inefficient combustion is reliably detected. The ROI is achieved quickly, as the investment is only 10-30% compared to a CEMS.

Every Better-Adjusted kWh Counts!

By installing a stationary efficiency monitoring system, you can quickly and intelligently make optimizations to burner settings before valuable natural gas is wasted and excessive CO2 is generated. This is good for the environment and for your budget…

“The earlier you detect an anomaly in the process, the better your output!”
