“We produce quality of life” – True to our company slogan, we do not only see our responsibility in our products, employees and customers, as well as our contribution to meeting climate goals. As a medium-sized family business, we also see our responsibility – our ecomMITMENT – in supporting society and our home region.
In addition to local schools, clubs, institutions and aid projects, ecom support since many years two projects in particular that are very close to our hearts due to personal connections. These two projects were chosen deliberately because they ensure, through the highest level of voluntary commitment, that donated money directly benefits those affected.

The association “Glückstour – Schornsteinfeger helfen krebskranken Kindern e. V.” has set itself the goal of supporting research into new medications. Furthermore, affected children and their families receive intensive support. ecom GmbH has been supporting the voluntary commitment of many chimney sweeps in this association for years with significant donations.
Once a year, the association draws attention to itself through a sporting bicycle tour, the so-called “Glückstour”. Almost every year, the Glückstour also passes through Iserlohn to collect donations and then hand them over directly to local aid organizations. (www.glueckstour.de)
