Whether it is a practical semester, bachelor’s/master’s thesis or direct entry: We support you with intensive mentoring, flat hierarchies and exciting tasks in development, IT or commercial areas. Would you like to know what it is really like in a modern technology company? Then you have come to the right place. With us, you have the opportunity to gain practical insights into various areas, whether technical, industrial or commercial. You work independently, are part of real projects and can apply your theoretical knowledge directly in practice.
Do you need a preliminary or basic internship for your studies? No problem! You are welcome to complete this phase with us and secure a strong foundation for your studies. Whether during semester breaks or at another time: We will find a suitable framework that fits you.
Are you tired of dry theory and would rather apply your knowledge directly in practice? Then you are a perfect fit for us!
With a dual study program at our company, you combine your university studies with real insights into our exciting daily work. During the practical phase, you are right in the middle of it all: You actively work in the team, take on responsibility and gain valuable experience in various areas.
We are always by your side - personally, professionally and of course financially.
Training and studies in one? With us, both are possible at the same time!
While you complete a recognized vocational training, you start your studies in parallel, without any detours. Lectures usually take place on weekends and can be easily combined with your professional routine.
If you are motivated and can work independently, you are in the right place. After approximately four years, you will not only have gained valuable practical experience but also have two qualifications under your belt.

One year, three companies, your future
The Südwestfalen region is a strong industrial region with a need for young talent, both in academic and non-academic fields.
However, demographic change and emigration trends pose a major challenge for the region.
The “Gap Year Südwestfalen” program by Südwestfalen Agentur GmbH aims to further pave the way into local companies. Within one year, participants can get to know three different Südwestfalen companies – including ecom – “from the inside” for three months each, gain valuable experience, and explore their personal prospects in the region.
“1 year, 3 companies, your future!”
Under this motto, school graduates, university graduates and young people with completed vocational training are invited to actively discover the diverse work and leisure opportunities in Südwestfalen.
The so-called “Newcomers,” who want to gain their first professional experience after school and the “Young Professionals,” who have already completed a degree or vocational training, can expect a program unique to Südwestfalen.
With just one application, participants can complete up to three different internships within one year, attend exciting events and make valuable contacts. In addition to the internship assignments, one quarter is reserved for personal use – during this time, participants can, for example, realize their own projects, travel or engage in volunteer work.
