In 1985, we had a vision. Climate targets were still a long way off back then. We dreamed of measuring CO2 emissions in every home and using measuring instruments to determine the efficiency of a heating system. We started in a small garage in Iserlohn-Oestrich.
Today, our ecom measuring instruments are used worldwide on heating systems, burners and engines.
With precise analysis, we ensure efficient use of resources, reduce emissions and thus make an active contribution to environmental protection.
What began over 40 years ago in the Sauerland region developed into an internationally successful company for innovative gas measurement technology “Made in Germany”.
Our innovative and reliable solutions optimize our customers’ processes and help them work sustainably, safely and cost-effectively.

Our brand also becomes our name. Renamed from rbr Messtechnik GmbH to ecom GmbH.
The ecom-EN3 series replaces the well-known ecom-EN2 model series as its successor.
