If the new price of the item is lower, the repair will only be carried out up to max. 50% of the purchase price. If this is not possible, you will receive a cost estimate for approval in advance.

Non-approved cost estimates will be charged a processing fee of 99.00 Euro plus transport costs and VAT for the return transport of your measuring device. When purchasing a new device, the amount will be credited to you.

⚠️ You will receive the service order as a PDF via email. Please include a printout with the measuring device.

If necessary, you can create and print a shipping label in the next step after submitting.
