3. The packaging described under point 2complies with the applicable requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40, in particular Articles 5 to 12, insofar as these are applicable at the time of placing on the market: 

• Article 5 – Substance restrictions: The concentration of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium does not exceed the limit value of 100 ppm in total. Based on supplier declarations and the available material specifications, there is no indication of an exceedance of the limit values relevant pursuant to Article 5 PPWR. 

 

• Article 6 – Recyclability:The packaging is designed to be recyclable and consists predominantly of corrugated cardboard (material code PAP 20) as well as subordinately of LDPE film and paper adhesive tape. The assessment of recyclability was carried out on the basis of the material composition documented in the technical dossier and the supplier information. 

 

• Article 12 in conjunction with Article 15 paragraphs 5 and 6 – Labelling: The packaging meets the requirements for identifiability and traceability in accordance with Article 15 paragraphs 5 and 6 PPWR. The labelling requirements pursuant to Article 12, which will be applicable in the future, will be implemented in accordance with the respective applicable implementing acts. 

4. Harmonisedstandards or technical specifications applied: 

At the time of this declaration, there are no harmonised standards within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 yet available. The conformity assessment was carried out on the basis of internal production control in accordance with Annex VII (Module A) using the material specifications and written conformity confirmations of the packaging suppliers. 

5. The technical documentationin accordance with Annex VII is maintained at ecom GmbH 

and can be submitted to the competent market surveillance authority upon justified request in a language comprehensible to them. The technical documentation includes in particular material data, packaging specifications, supplier declarations, conformity confirmations, evidence of substance restrictions, recyclability assessments as well as evidence of compliance with the requirements of Articles 5 to 12 PPWR.
