A device that measures where others fall short

Thanks to its UV-based measurement technology, the ecom-EN3 Tech stands out clearly from traditional flue gas analysers. Especially at low NOx and SO2 concentrations, the device delivers stable and reliable readings, unaffected by cross-sensitivity to other gases.

This makes it the ideal solution for modern industrial combustion systems, where increasingly stringent emission limits must be met.

Options

  • Heated sampling system consisting of a heated tubing,  a heated head with a thermocouple (0–500 °C) and an integrated hot gas filter for loss-free analysis of water-soluble NO₂ / SO₂ components, as well as dust particle filtration during long-term measurements.
  • Sampling system consisting of a special hose with a Teflon core for loss-free transport of water-soluble NO₂ / SO₂ components and a pistol grip probe with a high-temperature probe tip including thermocouple (0-1100 °C).

Climate chamber calibration
The measurement accuracy of gas sensors (CO, NO, SO2) is determined and adjusted at 5, 20, and 40°C in a climate chamber using standardized test gases. Overpressure and underpressure in the flue gas analysis device are compensated in specially developed gas channels.
CO overload protection
The automatic CO shutdown with integrated fresh air purging reliably protects the CO sensor from overload, even without interrupting other measurement parameters. This ensures precise results and a significantly longer sensor lifespan.
Pre-heating function
Thanks to the integrated pre-heating function, the system is ready for use shortly after switching on. This means all important functions are reliably available directly at the point of use, without long waiting times due to heating phases. This ensures a faster start to work, optimized processes in daily use and a significant reduction in overall operating time.
Large sample gas pump
The particularly powerful sample gas pump delivers up to 2.6 l/min, making it one of the strongest in its device class. Compared to conventional devices, this corresponds to up to five times higher flow rate, for fast, stable and precise measurement results.
Electronic condensate monitoring
Electronic condensate monitoring detects accumulating condensate early and reliably protects the device from moisture. If the condensate volume is too high, the measurement is automatically shut down for maximum operational safety and consistently precise measurement results.
Sample gas cooler
The integrated sample gas cooler continuously cools the sample gas to 5 °C and ensures controlled drying. This prevents water-soluble gases from being washed out and reliably protects sensitive sensors for precise and stable measurement results.
Automatic condensate drainage
Automatic condensate drainage ensures trouble-free operation by autonomously discharging accumulating condensate. This reduces maintenance effort, prevents measurement errors and ensures consistently precise results.
Easy operation
The intuitive menu navigation enables quick and safe operation right from the first use. Clear structures, logically designed menus and a clear user interface ensure efficient work without extensive training.
Integrated printer
The integrated printer allows for direct printing of measurement results on-site. This saves time, ensures complete documentation and eliminates the need for additional devices.
Wireless data transfer WiFi or BLE
Wireless data transfer enables fast and reliable transmission of measurement data without additional cabling. With the free ecomMANDER App, devices can be conveniently controlled remotely and measurement values displayed in real-time on a smartphone or tablet. This provides greater flexibility in use and efficient processing of results.
Lightweight design & transport protection
The ultra-light aluminum housing ensures maximum mobility and high robustness in daily work. In combination with a backpack case, the device is optimally protected and can be transported safely and comfortably on the back at all times.
