A device that thinks for itself and works alongside you

The ecom-EN3 reliably measures all relevant flue gas parameters in accordance with EN 50379-2 and 1st BImSchV. It is intuitive to use, features a large, easy-to-read color display and begins measuring in seconds. The built-in thermal printer delivers results directly on-site.
The ecom-EN3-R goes one step further: It features an integrated soot measurement function, enabling an even more comprehensive assessment of the combustion system without the need for an additional soot pump.

Climate chamber calibration

The measurement accuracy of gas sensors (CO, NO, SO2) is determined and adjusted at 5, 20, and 40°C in a climate chamber using standardized test gases. Overpressure and underpressure in the flue gas analyser are compensated in specially developed gas channels.

Completely ready for measurement

ecom devices are delivered completely ready for measurement with probe, tubing and extensive connection accessories. Includes consumables for the initial period of use for an immediate start without additional effort.

CO overload protection

The automatic CO shutdown with integrated fresh air purging reliably protects the CO sensor from overload, even without interrupting other measurement parameters. This ensures precise results and a significantly longer sensor lifespan.

Additional sensor options

The ecom-EN3 can be individually combined with up to 6 gas options, allowing for simultaneous measurement of various gases in a single device. The flexible sensor configuration ensures maximum adaptability for a wide range of measurement tasks and applications.

Large sample gas pump

The particularly powerful sample gas pump delivers up to 2.6 l/min, making it one of the strongest in its device class. Compared to conventional devices, this corresponds to up to five times higher flow rate, for fast, stable and precise measurement results.

Electronic condensate monitoring

Electronic condensate monitoring detects accumulating condensate early and reliably protects the device from moisture. If the condensate volume is too high, the measurement is automatically shut down for maximum operational safety and consistently precise measurement results.

Easy operation

The intuitive menu navigation enables quick and reliable operation right from the first use. Clear structures, logically organized menus and a user-friendly interface ensure efficient work without extensive training.

Integrated printer

The integrated printer allows for direct printing of measurement results on-site. This saves time, ensures complete documentation and eliminates the need for additional devices.

Wireless data transfer WiFi or BLE

Wireless data transfer enables fast and reliable transmission of measurement data without additional cabling. With the free ecomMANDER App, devices can be conveniently controlled remotely and measurement values displayed in real-time on a smartphone or tablet. This provides greater flexibility in use and efficient processing of results.

Lightweight construction & transport protection

The ultra-light aluminum housing ensures maximum mobility and high robustness in daily work. In combination with an aluminum-framed case, the device is optimally protected and can be transported safely and comfortably at all times.
