And should your device need to come to our service center in Iserlohn, we will provide you with a free loan device upon request. Focus on your work. We’ll take care of the technology.

Full Warranty

No discussions: We cover the costs for all repairs, inspections, and maintenance – including expensive components such as sensors, thermocouples, or batteries.

Pick-up & Delivery Service

We will have your measuring device picked up from you free of charge, service it at our TÜV-monitored test stand, and send it back to you free of shipping costs.

Loan Device

Downtime? Not with us. If your ecom device is with us for service, we will provide you with a free loan device for that period. Your operations will continue seamlessly.
